Everything at this friendly family run hotel was first-class as we expected. The personnel was accommodating, and the host too. The breakfasts were absolutely superb and wonderful with coffee with refills and a beer when on holiday, as example, couldn’t ask for anything better.

Liked the room with a nice couch to sit on if need be, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was magnificent and lovely, so close to shops, beach, great orme tramline and cafes, bars, restaurants and several restaurants.
There was no parking lot.

Had a such wonderful stay for two nights, glad I've chosen it. The hotel's location was good, close enough to town centre with all shops and restaurants, the beach and the sea front and shops.
The bathroom was a bit small, I didn't like it.

The whole experience was such wonderful. I really enjoyed this wonderful small and peaceful place, stayed there for 4 nights. The standard queen room I stayed in was new-fashioned on the tea tray. The breakfast was superb and wonderful with a beer when on holiday, and all the food was outstanding.

I was given neat and tastefully decorated room just how expected it to be with great tea, andsomelemon drizzle cake, shower gel. Had quiet location to the Promanade & to the local buses. The staff was helpful - I will choose the place for future trips.
